Basement flooded because of frozen pipe and this company came out within a couple hours and extracted the water and sprayed a microbial throughout the basement. They did a good job but a little pricey!

I bought a deal through groupon for a mold inspection and basement waterproofing assessment. I had water leaking in through a crack in my foundation and the basement was starting to smell and I had to keep a dehumidifier that filled up very fast. I was overall pleased with the inspection and John was beyond knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. The quote that was given was reasonable and the work was done in 3 days. They installed a french drain and crack repair to the outside. Also sprayed out the basement and dry-loc the walls. It has been 3 weeks and 2 rains later and no dampness what so ever. I appreciate this company and they are a small family owned and I even think that they are a christian company from what I read. Great Job MJ! I know your business will do great. Thank you.
MJ Home Services came out to my vacation home in Bethany and we had a pipe burst from the freezing weather. They were very fast and did a great job. I called so many companies and they were the only ones that showed up. Great work guys, keep up the good work!
Big storm last July in Bethany Beach wrecked my basement. Dirty Flood water up to my knees. After we pumped it out, and cleared out the muck, and dried it, we had mold. Called MJ Home Services: were there the next day for an estimate. Mold removal was completed within the next week and a half. Great service, very professional. Hopefully won't have to use again! But if I do, I will 100% use MJ. Thanks for the help!
