Ordered a boxwood tree not what was received. I know it states: In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitution of comparable quality and value will be delivered. BUT Some cut greens are not comparable to a boxwood tree.
The owner was rude and told me to find another florist the next time.
Very poor customer service
I am sorry my mother's birthday is Decemember 18th and I wanted yellow roses- how hard would it have been to call me and let me know that they only have red or white roses- I would have had the option to cancel the order and find another florist that would have had yellow roses.
Recently I have sent several arrangements to out of town friends and relatives. Blossoms has been on top of each delivery. Very pleased.

Very disappointed. I ordered the the Garden Parade arrangement for my Mom's birthday. My Dad used to give my Mother yellow roses for her birthday, and the picture and description for this bouquet said yellow roses. When I called and spoke with the owner her response was they only have red or white roses becuase they are in the middle of Christmas.
