The staff at Millsboro Enterprise was most helpful. We loved the car we rented and feel that the price was fair. We also liked being able to pay for the gas upfront at a lower than market rate.
Car was fine. It took weeks to process payment.
Last minute plan change, we had to rent a car the morning of our departure. Enterprise in Dagsboro could not have been more helpful. Nick was not only friendly and helpful there, he was also helpful when we called with questions. The SUV was just what we needed and a pleasure to drive. We will definitely be back.

Was an hr late picking up my vehicle due to heavy traffic and was told that my car was given to someone else. I asked what their policy is on holding a car that's been reserved or calling the customer with the reservation first. The sales girl and manager were completely apathetic and did not care. Their solution was to up sell me on a more expensive vehicle. I had a flight to catch, so I had no choice. These practices are unethical if not illegal.
